CANCELLATION POLICY

Voluntary withdrawal by the customer before the trip must be formalized in writing and sent via email to contato@slowandsteadytravel.com.br

IMPORTANT: The value of the first installment is equivalent to the payment of the agency and intermediation Service Fee (according to article 2, paragraph 7, of Law n. 14.046/20), and will not be refunded under any circumstances, not even fortuitous event or force bigger.

Cancellation by the passenger: up to 60 days before the start date of the safari, 50% refund or credit for another trip; - cancellation between 60 and 30 days before the start date of the safari, refund of 25% of the total already paid or credit for another trip; cancellation between 30 days and 1 day before the start of the safari, there are no refunds or credits.
Cancellation due to Covid 19 or any other serious infectious-contagious disease: the amounts paid may be used as credit for a next trip.
In case of cancellation by the passenger due to Covid 19 or any other similar infectious disease, the passenger must present a positive test result and medical certificate
