3. What is the difference between a General Itinerary and a Bespoke Journey?
The General Itinerary follows Slow’s curated approach to the destination, with a structured and detailed framework.
The Bespoke Journey is fully tailored, considering your preferences, pace, timing, and specific interests, and may be led by our team or personally by Lia Barros.

4. How is the itinerary delivered?
In digital format, designed for ease of use, either as a PDF or via a dedicated access link.

5. Does Slow handle bookings?
Yes, when the trip is fully operated by Slow.
If you opt for the itinerary only, bookings and logistics remain your responsibility.

6. What is the delivery timeline?
From three business days, defined in advance according to the complexity of the journey.

7. Are revisions included?
Yes. One round of revisions is included for the general format; for bespoke journeys, two or more rounds may be included, as outlined in the proposal. Cancellation terms are shared at the time of confirmation.
